Between Breaths (2022)
Between Breaths is set in a hazy landscape where the boundaries between the waking world and the dreamworld blur, creating a space to explore the depths of the psyche. Inspired by Jungian theory, the project centres around the concept of individuation—the process of confronting and integrating the shadow self. This comments on acceptance – as only by acknowledging the aspects of ourselves that we unconsciously reject can we merge the light and dark aspects of our being, achieving wholeness.
