​Artist Statement

​

My practice explores themes of memory, identity, and the body. I work primarily with photography and moving image, often incorporating writing into my process. Through the lens, I create metaphysical landscapes that invite viewers into intimate spaces that blur the boundaries between the internal and external, and the personal and universal. A recurring focus on women’s health, specifically endometriosis, emerged throughout my work. This inquiry began with my graduate project HYSTERA and continues to evolve, receiving recognition through support and awards such as the Arts, Health & Wellbeing Award (2024).
