This work was shot in Ireland during the COVID-19 pandemic and sheds light on the major social issue that arose; the student nurses crisis. Through collaborating with my friend Niamh, who was a student nurse at the time, we constructed scenes that would allow the viewer glimpses into her daily routine and real experience during this time - with the intent to share the universal struggle and emotional strain put on the student nurse - this project looks through both the literal and metaphorical window, after the applause.
